Jeanette, Founder of eTail Maven, has spent 20+ years wearing multiple hats and more often than not, all at the same time.  Those hats are General Manager of eCommerce, Digital Marketer, and User Experience Expert. Her eCommerce career began when online shopping was just getting started, in 2000, when she helped launch saksfifthavenue.com. From various roles with retailer.coms to branded international eCommerce businesses to consulting to digital banking, Jeanette has always been keenly focused on how to convert users into customers and has driven substantial growth in each and every role. In her most recent position as SVP of Marketing & Digital for Crescent Bank in just a year and a half, she grew their online deposit business from $3M to $300M contributing half of the total deposits for the 33-year-old bank in a fraction of the time it took brick and mortar to accomplish.  She also raised their awareness to a national level which earned them two Newsweek Best Banks awards for their deposit products. All of this was while leading a digital transformation project for their online account opening solution. Banking was completely new to her yet she still pulled in dramatic results, in record time.

Equipped with immense expertise in understanding how to run an eCommerce/Digital business, how to market one, and what makes a user convert into a customer, Jeanette has been flexing her technical and creative skills by setting up eCommerce websites on Squarespace and designing & developing a mobile app scavenger hunt on the Unity platform.
